The first offense will be a $100 automatic fine; the 2nd offense is $200; and the 3rd offense is $300 and you will be referred to the Board of Directors for possible loss of membership. If I have 2 memberships, do I still have to leave the park every 30 days? Yes, regardless of the number of memberships you own, you must still leave the park once a month. Does it matter what time I leave or return for my day out of the park? Due to the way the program that runs the gates, members must leave before noon one day and reenter the park after noon the following day to get credit for their 24 hours out of the park. If you are not worried about it counting against your 270 days in, then you may be out at anytime. Please notify the office if you are not using noon to noon so it may be noted. Can I have my mail delivered to the park? No. Members are required to maintain a mailing address outside of the park. This address may be a post office box or a street address. It is against our CUP for members to receive mail at the park. The office can not be responsible for handling mail or packages for members. I have someone coming to visit me, how do they enter the gate? All guests coming into the park must be registered. They can sign in at the office or the guest register by the pop machines. Members are responsible to meet their guests and let them into the park. If you don't know the license plate of the vehicle they will be driving, sign them in but leave that part blank on the guest register. When your guest arrives, have them enter their license number. My guest will be coming with me in my vehicle, do they still need to be registered? Yes, all guests coming into the park must be registered. It is important for security to know who is in the park at all times. If your guest gets separated from you and doesn't remember your lot number, security will be able to verify that the individual is authorized to be in the park, and who they are a guest of. If you do not register your guests, you are subject to a citation and/or fine. If I am having propane, gravel or other building material delivered, do I have to be in the park to let them in; and do I have to register them? No, you do not HAVE to be present but we recommend you are for your own protection. It is important that you notify the front office in advance.
